Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect when you contact us or subscribe, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. The short version: we use your details to respond to you and to send the newsletter you asked for, we keep them secure, and we never sell them or pass them to any ITSM vendor.
Who we are
ITSM Negotiations is an independent, buyer-side ITSM contract negotiation firm operating since 2019. We are the data controller for the information you share with us through this site. You can reach us at hello@itsmnegotiations.com for any question about your data.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. When you submit the renewal-review form we receive your name, work email, company, the platform and renewal date you enter, and anything you write in the message field. When you subscribe to The ITSM Negotiation Brief we receive your email address. We also see standard, aggregated server and analytics data such as page views and referring source, which does not identify you personally.
Why we use it
We use the form details to respond to your enquiry and scope a possible engagement, and we use your subscription email only to send the newsletter and occasional renewal alerts. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not enrich your record with third-party data brokers, and we do not use your information to train any model.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We are independent and not affiliated with any ITSM vendor, so we never share your details with ServiceNow, BMC, Atlassian, or any other platform. The only side your information ever sits on is yours.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, our form provider, which forwards them to our inbox. The newsletter runs on a standard email platform. Both providers process data under their own security terms. We retain enquiry details only as long as needed to support the conversation and any resulting engagement, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@itsmnegotiations.com. We will action reasonable requests promptly. This site uses only the cookies needed to function and to measure aggregate traffic; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

When we update how we handle data we revise this page and change the updated date above. The current version was last revised on 1 April 2026.
