ITSM Negotiations is an independent advisory firm that negotiates IT service management contracts for buyers, and only for buyers. We have been doing it since 2019 across ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Service Management, HaloITSM, Ivanti, Freshservice and the rest of the major platforms. We do not resell any of them, take no vendor commissions, and never sit on both sides of a deal.

Why independent matters

Resellers and partners are paid by the vendor. That is a conflict no amount of goodwill resolves. Because we take nothing from the vendor side, our only incentive is your result. That independence is the reason we can run a credible competitive process, recommend walking when walking is right, and tell you when a tier you are about to renew is one you do not need.

What we do

We negotiate new agreements, renewals and multi-module bundles. We right-size licenses, reclaim shelfware, contain AI uplift, and lock the contract terms that protect you between renewals. The work spans six services, from contract negotiation through competitive leverage, and ten platform practices led by our ServiceNow desk.

How we work

Every engagement runs through the same four steps: Map, Benchmark, Leverage, Close. We explain each in detail on the method page. The short version: we see your estate before the vendor does, ground the target in evidence, build real leverage and time the cycle, then lock the terms.

How we are paid

Two models, your choice. A fixed fee scoped to the engagement, or gainshare where there is no savings, no fee and we are paid from what we actually save you. The gainshare model exists because we are confident in the outcome: we only win when you do.
