Book a renewal review.
Tell us which platform is up for renewal and when. We will come back with a read on where the leverage sits and what a realistic reduction looks like for a contract of your shape and size. No pitch deck, no obligation, and nothing that commits you to anything.
$420M+ in ITSM contract value negotiated · 500+ engagements delivered · 30% average reduction · 10 platforms covered · operating since 2019.
Two ways to work with us
Pick whichever fits the engagement. A fixed fee scoped to the work, agreed before we start, so the cost is known. Or gainshare, where there is no savings, no fee: we are paid from the reduction we realize, so we only earn when you do. Most renewal reviews start with a short call, then a fixed-fee scope or a gainshare arrangement once the size of the opportunity is clear.
What happens after you send this
You will hear back from a buyer-side negotiator, not a sales team. We will ask for your renewal date, the platform and modules in play, and a rough sense of the contract value, then tell you honestly whether there is room to move. If there is, we scope it. If there is not, we say so. That independence is the point: we take nothing from any vendor, so the only side we are on is yours.
Your ITSM renewal is negotiable.
